Shopify may process personal information in connection with these services under its own privacy notices. You can review the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and, where available, use the Shopify Privacy Portal.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, measure performance, prevent fraud, understand usage, and provide or measure advertising.
Where required by applicable law, non-essential analytics or advertising technologies are used based on your consent. You may manage available choices through the Site's cookie or privacy controls and through your browser settings. Blocking certain technologies may affect Site functionality.
7. Advertising and Data-Sharing Choices
We do not sell personal information for money. However, certain disclosures to advertising or analytics partners may be considered "selling," "sharing," or use for "targeted advertising" under some privacy laws.
Where applicable, you may use the privacy or cookie controls available on the Site or contact us at info@torshift.com to exercise an available opt-out right.
Where required by applicable law and supported by our technical configuration, we will also honor recognized browser-based opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control.
8. Marketing Communications
If you subscribe to marketing emails, we may send product updates, offers, and related messages. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or by contacting us.
